London

On Sunday we had a trip to London with Grandma and Granda. It was the first time the kids had been on an aeroplane so it was quite exciting for them. Being easter Sunday most things were closed, including to our disappointment, Hamleys, which B and J were desperate to visit.
On Monday we went to Madame Tussauds and saw the sights of London on the open top bus, stopping off at Buckingham palace, and of course Hamleys.

On Tuesday we went on the London Eye, visited the natural history museum, and Mum, B and Grandma went to see Grease at the west end. B didn't really enjoy the Eye because of the height, but she absolutely loved Grease so in the end it was a great day for her.

We flew back home on Wednesday, tired out from the hustle and bustle of the underground, which J had quickly figured out and had kept us on the right track each day.

Hi guys!
Looks like you've had a very busy Easter break. It looks good fun! Was Hamleys as good as you imagined? I would love to go there too! Enjoy the rest of your school holidays.
