Cousin A visit

Our cousin A from Perth came up to Kintore for a visit today, oh how he's grown! Possible future signing for Kintore United?

Happy 7th Birthday L

Cousin L's 7th birthday party today, and DJ Topping had the kids up on the floor for fun and games.

The party boy himself on stage getting a birthday song from all his friends.


A party wouldn't be the same without the classic Conga ending.

Board Breaking Stand

My project over the last few days, to build a board breaking stand for the Taekwon-do club so we can practice the destruction technique. This is a photo of the one at the grading.

As the one above is not height adjustable I thought I would build one to my own design so kids and adults of all sizes could use it.

The frame complete, and now for the board holder itself that will slide up and down the frame to whatever height is needed.

Finished article, extremely solid and works a treat.

Kintore United B Team

Kintore United now have enough under 9 kids to put a second team in the league, which I am now the coach. Just back from the 'Early Touches' training course today, so I am now a Level 1 SFA qualified football coach. First Game is against Stonehaven next weekend, bring it on!
